• All tickets are transferable. 

• Should you wish to change your booking / transfer your tickets a €5 administration fee will apply. Contact us to arrange any changes.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking;

• more than 7 days before your booking date – you will receive a full refund minus the €5 administration fee.

• less than 7 days and up to 48 hours before your booking time – you can choose between a credit note or a 50% refund minus the €5 administration fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel any and all time slots. In the event we cancel your booking we will offer you an alternative time slot or a full refund.
